Include the workspace email, the affected public hostname, the audit or run ID when available, and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, DNS secrets, or other credentials.
Billing
Signed-in customers can use Billing to download invoices, update payment methods and manage renewal. Paddle is the merchant of record and securely collects card details.
Account or site deletion
Owners and administrators can remove a monitored site from the Sites page. For account-level deletion, email the privacy address from the account email and identify the workspace. See the Data Retention Policy for records that may need to remain for billing, security, or legal purposes.
